Tourism lecturer Janine is at her wits' end with media manager husband Paul and their two girls, Rosie and Sophia, all of whom prefer snacking on sugary treats to following a healthy diet. Having quit sugar two years ago, Janine's hoping that with a little help, her family can reduce their dependence on the sweet stuff.
As the girls are fussy eaters Janine relies heavily on 'quick teas', convenient favourites she knows her children will eat. Janine feeds them separately to her and Paul, but this means she's cooking twice a night and churning out the same old meals. When it comes to shopping she buys the same items every week, whether she already has them at home or not.
Tragically, Janine has secondary breast cancer and having exhausted all treatment options on the NHS is now faced with self-funding the drugs she may need in future, and so every penny this family can save really does count.
Can Gregg and Chris get the family eating better, spending more time together, eating as a family and save them much-needed cash?

For Sue herself, Wimbledon has been a big part of her life for nearly 50 years as a fan, player and broadcaster. Ellie joins the Rollett family who have set up a traditional cottage industry producing natural cordials and presses, using the elderflowers on their doorstep.
When his dad decided to retire from farming, Paul Hopkins took over his farm. An electrician by trade, Paul wasn't entirely sure what to do with it. But, over a game of skittles, a farming friend convinced him to buy some pigs! And the Little Beckford Pig Association was born. It's a community farming project where members 'buy' a pig and help rear it, until it's ready to be slaughtered.
Worcester Cathedral is home to a very rare population of lesser horseshoe bats, thought to be the only urban population in the country. At this time of year, the summer roost is full of females gathered together to give birth and raise their young. Along with an army of volunteers, Ellie ventures out after sunset. Positioning themselves around the roost, along the River Severn and into the suburbs beyond, they use bat detectors to discover where the bats are going.
Adam's in the Peak District to meet a vegetarian farmer who has decided to send his beef cattle off to an animal sanctuary in Norfolk rather than the slaughterhouse.

22:45-00:15 Glastonbury 2018,Ed Sheeran.A quick repeat of Ed Sheeran's triumphant headlining slot at Worthy Farm from the Sunday night of Glastonbury 2018.
This 90-minute set featured Ed performing totally live, building his music through his loop pedals in front of an adoring, singalong crowd. He performed all the hits, including Shape of You, Castle on the Hill, Thinking Out Loud, Galway Girl, The A-Team and the rest.
The performance peaked with over four million viewers and was watched by an average of well over three million viewers throughout, making it the most watched Glastonbury headline set so far.
Not bad for a 26-year-old from Suffolk performing solo.
