Featuring the start of Konta v Vekic, Bedene v Dzumhur, Wang v V Williams, Nadal v Young and the conclusion of Murray v Brown.
At this stage last year, British hopes in the ladies' singles were extinguished for another year as Johanna Konta and Tara Moore were both eliminated. Konta lost to 2015 Wimbledon finalist Eugenie Bouchard, while wildcard Moore was defeated by two-time Grand Slam champion Svetlana Kuznetsova.
