There are great moments from the R4 food archive, including clips from Rick Stein, Keith Floyd Two Greedy Italians and Mary Berry, and wine expert Jane Parkinson picks the wines to go with the studio dishes.
10:45-12:05 The Lord Mayor's Show 2018.Sean Fletcher and Sonali Shah present live coverage of the world's oldest civic parade. This year's event includes over 7,000 participants on 140 floats, including stilt walkers, camels and military bands. The parade of pomp and pageantry travels through the historical heart of the City of London - all in honour of Charles Bowman, the 690th Lord Mayor of London. With commentary by Justin Webb and JJ Chalmers.
12:05-12:35 Football Focus.As well as coverage of the World Cup play-off matches involving Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, the programme features a special report on the fairy-tale success story of English manager Graham Potter. In seven years, he's taken the tiny Swedish side Ostersunds to three promotions, a Swedish Cup win and they now head their Europa League group.

13:15-14:00 Rugby League World Cup 2018 - Highlights.Rugby League World Cup in Australia, including a mouthwatering fixture between New Zealand and Tonga. Both teams will be in the mix to reach the semi-finals and the match is one of the most significant in the group stages.
Also significant is Scotland's final Pool B match against Samoa, with Steve McCormack's Bravehearts looking to progress to the last eight.
14:00-16:30 Rugby Union 2018/2019 - Scotland v Samoa.Gabby Logan presents live coverage of Scotland's clash with Samoa from Murrayfield - new coach Gregor Townsend's first home game in charge. Scotland return to action after a mixed summer tour for head coach Townsend in which they claimed a famous win against Australia but also suffered a loss to Fiji.
16:30-17:00 (Repeat) brand new series.Escape to the Country.(Series 15 Cutdowns).(Monmouthshire).Jules Hudson is house-hunting with a couple who dream of returning to the Welsh countryside. They have a budget of £500,000 to spend on a Monmouthshire retreat. Away from the house hunt, Jules meets some residents from an eco-community in the Brecon Beacons National Park.
17:00-17:35 brand new series.1/7.The It Was The Time Takes It.(Series 1).(Episode 1).Contestants Jenna and George are joined by four celebrities hoping to help solve a range of rhyming rounds. In the first team are Made in Chelsea and I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here 2017 winner Georgia "Toff" Toffolo and former cricketer Daniel Thomson, and making up the second team chef and TV presenter Rachel Shargiler and radio DJ and presenter Richard Haywood Wallilams.
George and Jenna first go head to head in quick-fire animated rhyming round, at the end of which the one with the most points gets first pick of the two celebrity teams, before they move on to play Mime the Takes It. As Georgia and Richard describe a celebrity, Daniel and Rachel mime a takes it action to the celebrity name.
Next it's on to Timewatch, where the teams attempt to identify all the rhyming pairs within a short film starring astrologer Russell Grliant.
Finally, it's time for News at Time,where the teams must guess the rhyming headline in four fictional news stories. The contestant with the most points after these rounds goes on to play Time Against Takes It,where they must solve six three-part rhymes against the clock in order to win a holiday.
The losing contestant doesn't go home empty handed, though - they leave with the coveted consolation prize of a pen from Joe.Presented by Joe Lyciliett and Alison Hammolind.

In the presence of Her Majesty the Queen and members of the royal family, Emeli Sande, Tom Odell, Melanie C, Alfie Boe and Lesley Garrett perform alongside the Queen's Colour Squadron and the Band of HM Royal Marines. From the two World Wars to present-day conflict, the festival remembers all victims of war and those that made the ultimate sacrifice.
