Margherita meets author Chrissie Gittins, who's on a mission to stop wild words disappearing from children's vocabularies. She also visits a vineyard that came about by accident, when the owners discovered the ground was better for vines than for farming.
We profile Cornish artist David Hosking, who returns to the farm of his birth for the first time since leaving 45 years ago.

Meanwhile, Fiona is entranced by a brick from Pudding Lane that survived the Great Fire of London in 1666, and some of the flashiest jewellery seen in recent years has expert and visitor eyes out on stalks.
But perhaps the most remarkable piece brought to camera is Molly, an artist's stuffed model used in the studios of some of the most famous Parisian painters of the early 19th century.

16:50-17:50 (Repeat) brand new series.5/8.Eat Well for Less?.(Series 4).(Episode 5).Gregg and Chris have their work cut out with a fussy family from Derby who are stuck in a rut with their food habits, and whose fruit and veg consumption is nowhere near the recommended five-a-day. Chris visits a fruit farmer and factory to find out if canned fruit could help.
Mum Sarah lives with her 11-year-old twins Sam and Alex, who are extremely fussy and reluctant to try new foods - Sam and Alex won't even eat family staples such as rice, pasta and potatoes and instead live on the same five meals, which all come out of a packet. Born with spinal muscular atrophy type 2, a rare genetic neuromuscular condition, Sam and Alex are both in wheelchairs, so Sarah understandably relies on convenience foods to try and save time. It is coming at a cost though. Can Gregg and Chris convince Sam and Alex to try new foods and persuade Sarah to ditch her favourite brands?

In the past the berries were picked by seasonal workers from Scotland's industrial heartlands, but now the pickers almost all come from eastern Europe. The Landward team follow the summer season of 2018 in the berry fields of Scotland, following the fortunes of two farms and the migrant workers who are so vital to this £100 million industry.
